Eager to refine her skills, she journeyed to Los Angeles, immersing herself in the artistry of makeup at Make-Up Designory. As a professional makeup artist in the fashion industry, she not only perfected her craft but cultivated a deep passion for identifying trends and curating transformative looks.
Returning to her hometown, Kansas City, Courtnie seamlessly transitioned between roles as a makeup artist, model, hairstylist, and entrepreneur, showcasing her versatility. In her early twenties, she added more layers to her creative portfolio by founding the fashion and art magazine "Plenilune" and creating/selling her own makeup and jewelry line. Her commitment to excellence led her to complete the Beauty Industry Essentials program at the esteemed Fashion Institute of Technology.
