Meet Courtnie Ross: The Creative Force Behind LoveStoned

Courtnie Ross, the driving visionary behind LoveStoned, has been crafting her distinct brand since her teenage years. Her journey unfolds as a testament to an innate sense of style and an unwavering commitment to innovation in the realm of fashion.

Courtnie's venture into the beauty industry commenced early with the attainment of a cosmetology license in high school. Eager to refine her skills, she journeyed to Los Angeles, immersing herself in the artistry of makeup at Make-Up Designory. As a professional makeup artist in the fashion industry, she not only perfected her craft but cultivated a deep passion for identifying trends and curating transformative looks.

Returning to her hometown, Kansas City, Courtnie seamlessly transitioned between roles as a makeup artist, model, hairstylist, and entrepreneur, showcasing her versatility. In her early twenties, she added more layers to her creative portfolio by founding the fashion and art magazine "Plenilune" and creating/selling her own makeup and jewelry line. Her commitment to excellence led her to complete the Beauty Industry Essentials program at the esteemed Fashion Institute of Technology.

Courtnie's impact extends beyond her personal ventures; she collaborated with the local Kansas City business incubator Betablox, demonstrating her dedication to fostering growth within the community. Currently pursuing a Mass Communications major at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Courtnie gracefully juggles academia while serving as the Owner/CEO of LoveStoned.

Fueled by an unbridled passion for both business and fashion, Courtnie founded LoveStoned with a mission—to provide an affordable and ethical option for individuals seeking to enhance their wardrobes with pieces that radiate both external allure and inner confidence. Join us on this journey led by Courtnie Ross, where fashion is not just a statement but a celebration of individuality, affordability, and ethical choices.
